Bike Riding requirements for Military?
I am planning to buy a bicycle to commute to base everyday.
What type of special rules am I required to follow and what safety equipment do I need?
Also, what defines reflective clothing? If I wear a reflective PT belt over my shoulder while in a pair of jeans and a dark long sleeve shirt, does that count?
Required to wear a helmet. A bicycle must observe all the same rules as any motor vehicle on the road.
You have the same rights and responsibilities as any driver.
If riding during darkness you must have lights and reflectors.
