Red and Blue LED lights (phototherapy) for skin while pregnant?
I have a home phototherapy unit that I used frequently and was happy with the results however now I am pregnant and can't seem to get a clear answer if it is okay to use during pregnancy..some websites say don't use it because they havent done enough testing to know if it is harmful..others say it is okay to use just not around the abdomen. I only use it on my face and there are no harmful UV rays so I can't see how it could hurt the baby by shining bright lights on my face... Any opinions?
I've never heard this affecting baby but i would definitely ask your doctor to not risk anything
