please help this is homework and i don't understand if anyone could help i would be Very grate full thanks x
it is the infrared radiation and absortion on matt black and shiny silver surfaces 
All black objects are great absorbers
and emitters of EM radiation.
The matt black surface will absorb a
lot of infra red radiation and also emit
a lot of infra red radiation.
This is why if you wear a black coat in
summer you get too warm.
The shiny silver surface will reflect the
infra red radiation.
