Helmet You Pick
What size boxing gloves do we need?
Me and a friend would like to box for fun, we will through a few good hooks but not that many. Mostly jabs. We tried using 16oz gloves with helmets and it just gives you Xtreme whiplash, we wan't the true boxing experience. Would lighter gloves allow us to hit a bit harder without whiplash? They can be MMA gloves also we dont care. Please offer me some suggestions on oz size, and helmets cheap. I may pick some up from Play it again sports.
right 16 oz is usually what id use to do bags as it puts more demand on your arms and sometimes what id use to spar.
but if u want to find out what its like in a real boxing match then go for some 12oz
but wear hand wraps or you could hurt your hand
