Bicycle Helmet Protective
How can I convince my parents to be less protective?
I got my motorcycle license recently, and now I have a 250 Rebel. They make me wear a helmet, and I understand that fully, and I also have my own set of ethics: on my bicycle, I show off. But I know that once I get on my hog, it's time to be serious.
They won't let me carry passengers. The first time I ever rode that bike (and that's the first motorcycle I remember riding), Dad was on the back. I didn't have any trouble.
I was at the donut shop getting breakfast, and one of my friends was there. It was kinda cold, and she was looking for a ride to school. I couldn't take her, since Dad won't let me. How can I convinvce him I'm mature enough to handle taking passengers?

Don't ever take a minor without their parent's permission.
Giving someone a ride because of cold is a bad idea.
A person needing a ride due to cold is usually one who is nowhere near dressed for wind chill.
