Bicycle Helmet Large
What are good bicycle helmets for a large tall head?
Preferably not too expensive.
My head has a circumference of 24", but the height of the helmet is the main problem.

I really strongly suggest that you go in and try on the helmets by the various manufacturers. Each one makes helmets that seem to fit a particular shaped head. There are a couple of companies helmets I cannot wear... they just plain hurt to put on. For me, Giro makes the helmet that feels the most comfortable for me.
So for you it sounds as if you have two issues helmet height, and head shape to deal with. A helmet that seems to have tons of volume is Uvex helmets, and certain helmets made by specialized might fit your needs as well. Both are terific companies. I like the retention system of the Uvex much more than the Specialized brand.
