It features photos of a brown haired boy, about 2. I'd imagine from his bell bottom overalls it's copyright late 60's early 70's.
Any ideas on the title or how to find a copy that's not in pieces?

To find a copy you'll probably need the title. Probably a silly suggestion but have you looked at the tops of the pages for any book/chapter titles which would narrow down search.
Assuming you havent try reposting at www.whatsthatbook.com or www.auntbook.com both sites are specialist book tracking ones
